We called in for a quick visit on the way for the big fruit. The museum was interesting but i think to get the best out of this place you must do one of the driving events.

An enjoyable experience especially as it was the first time my friend had ever been go-karting. The thing that really let the park down on was the customer service we received. When I phoned to make an enquiry initially the girl taking the call was quite abrupt and didn't really seem to want to help. When we checked in on the day, we explained it was our first time at the park but were offered no guidance on where we needed to go from reception. The girls at the go-karting office didn't explain much to us and seemed very uninterested in talking to us. Pretty much a self service experience unfortunately.

Hi Saf9922018,

While I'm stoked to see your enjoyed your first time Go-karting, I'm really sorry that you received less than exceptional service. We pride ourselves on ensuring customers feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door, and it sounds like we have completely missed the mark.

I'm very keen to discuss with you, are you please able to give me a call on 03 445 4052, and ask for Josie.

I look forward to talking with you.

Kindest

Josie

Recently i was part of the inaugural visit by Grand Pacific Tours to Highlands Motorsport Park. Drove in our tour bus around the circuit but definitely not at racing speeds! The hairpin would have been a bit much for the bus!. It was great fun. We had a chance to look at their museum which was great fun. I am looking forward to going back on a future trip to NZ and having a drive around the track in one of their vehicles driven by a racing driver. Definitely worth a visit, the staff were great and we were made very welcome.

Stopped in to have a look at the museum. Gave us Seniors reduced entry at $15. Well worth the money. Have some beautiful vehicles on display. Visited the Go Cart track and watched the muscle cars hitting the main track. Stayed overnight in the Technology park next door at Falcon's Nest. Equally as good.

Just stopped for a look and there just happened to be the Toyota racing day. Sat on the cafe with my coffee & cake and enjoyed the racing. What an amazing setup, do hope Tony can one day host the Ozzie V8’s
