This was my first time in a helicopter and I was thrilled! The Jolanda and Richard were friendly and professional. The views from the helicopter across Cromwell were amazing, and it was great having Richard give a commentary about what we were seeing. The landing on top of the mountain just topped the experience off. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting the area.

What a fantastic flight over Cromwell up to the top of Mt. Pisa where you get to stand in virgin snows and admire the spectacular views out over Cromwell one side and lake Wanaka in the distance on the other! Advise wrap up warm as it was minus 8 today up there, and take your camera. You do not want to miss these photos. Although for $49 you can buy a copy of the whole flight from the GoPro recording along with the piglet narrating the things to look for as well as photos of you all at the top.
All in all well worth the money spent!

Amazing!!! Richard and Jolanda are the best!!! Incredible tour and assistance! They picked me up in the bus stop, offered hot chocolate and gave all attention!!! The Helicopter view is amazing and it landed in the snow mountain that provided an amazing view!!!! THE BEST EXPERIENCE ❤️

Aside from that dredded fog meaning our flight was delayed - we had a great heli escape! Jolanda and Richard were both lovely and it was amazing to fly up and get to stand on what felt like the top of the world! Commentary wasn't great as the headsets were very hard to hear from but to be honest, the view says it all.

Thank you very much for taking the time go give us a nice review after your Cromwell Basin Flight with Alpine Landing last week.
We are sorry about your average experience with our headsets - we pride ourselves in using top-of-the-line noise-cancelling Bose A20 aviation headsets. Unfortunately on your flight, one of the other passenger's kid was tapping the microphone consistently which made the intercom system overheat and cut out. Once Richard realised what was happening, he reset it and it worked fine again.
As for the fog, we're yet to crack that one :-) - thanks for hanging with us while we all waited for it to lift.
We hope to welcome you and Trevor on board again on your next Queenstown get-away.
