We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your visit to the park. We do apologise that the park felt too busy and that you experienced long queues. I can confirm that we are operating under a reduced capacity. We currently have a few additional health and safety measures in place around the park, such as regular enhanced cleaning of rides and social distancing between riders, which can cause longer queues to form.
Apologies that you were disappointed with our Covid-19 health and safety measures. I can assure you that we do have social distancing markers in all of our queues to allow for social distancing. We also have hand sanitiser stations around the park and require guests to wear masks indoor and on rides, unless exempt. Once we got on a ride, they were super, but my goodness did we have to queue for everything!! To get in, for all rides, for food… I understand the nature of a theme park and that there is a fair but if queuing to be five but it felt too much, like they had the balance wrong

The rides were really good fun. The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. Stayed at the hotel, the rooms are small, but clean, comfy, cozy and the shower was warm and powerful. Glad we stayed for two days, great value for money, and due to the long queues we managed to go on everything. I don’t believe we would of fitted that all that in, in one day.

Time that we had off from COVID-19 should been the best chance to improve the Facility and shine the place up clean up the car park I could go on but you should know this may even improve the smoothness of the Queueing

Overall good experience, The queues were long as expected but we got on everything except from the Walking Dead and Storm Surge due to being in an uneven group which was really frustrating as we had to miss out on rides even though we paid the same price for a day ticket as everyone else but overall was good day and the staff dealt very well with queue jumpers ,food choice is decent there is a kfc and a Burger King abit expensive but that’s as expected in a theme park
Que for hours to get to the ride and it shuts for technical issues. This did not happen just once but 4 times. A family of 3 can not ride the storm
Surge has to be 4 .5 or 6 in the party. The storm surge broke down and people had to walk down from the top drop. When we arrived 3 of the rides were delayed for opening due to technical faults. The saw ride broke down and left passengers stranded on the ride that they were in the process of having . How can u had thrill and fun when the rides keep breaking down. The lines are so long due to the seating capacity being used on some rides that hold 20 people and only using 5 or 6 seats (tidal wave) . They say it’s down to social distance on the rides but the other rides people had to wear masks as well just like tidal wave and they are at full seating capacity. The have refresher huts while you in line why not keep them open so people can get cold drinks in the heat . God forbid you should actually want to accolade your guests and make more money from us . We was there from opening till closing and only managed 4 rides in 8 hours. This is clearly ripping off your guests. And it seems this is the norm since others have posted the same today about the lack of rides they achieved for the amount you charged to get in.

We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your trip to the island. Apologies that you experienced some ride closures on the day. We would only close a ride if it was in the best interests of our guests and our ride technicians would work hard to get it back up and running as soon as it was safe to do so. Due to the additional health and safety measures that we have in place, such an regular ride cleaning and social distancing between riders, longer queues can form. We do apologise that this meant you were only be able to go on 4 rides.
We do apologise that you were not able to ride Storm Surge in a group of three. We have put this in place to ensure the safety of guests whilst riding.
Apologies that you were disappointed with the social distancing on rides. We have this in place due to the particles that get released whilst riding and for the same reason we require our guests to wear mask whilst riding (unless they are under 11 or exempt). We do social distance between bubbles and not necessarily individuals which might be why some rides appeared busier than others, Recently we have started filling a select few rides where it is safe to do this, this includes Tidal Wave, colossus and flying fish, but this may not have been the case on your visit.
