A reasonably priced hotel, with views of the Rhine on a not too busy street; great for watching the amazing flow of barges up and down the river over breakfast. Good quality breakfast buffet, very clean rooms maintained to a high standard and lots of art work (obviously) in the rooms and corridors. They let us leave our car in the car park at the back while we went on an 8 day cycling holiday, at no cost as they were not too busy, which was a real bonus.

The room we stayed in was clean and the staff was very friendly. It comes with breakfast included and for about 70 euro/night I would say the price is fair. There is a parking at the back where you can safely park your car. The front terrace where is the restaurant is very cosy and it offers a nice view to the river. I really recommend this pension. Nothing to complain and my review is onest

Easy to find, parking out the back and lots of stairs with no lift bit of a rabbit warren. We had a good room but was a trek with a heavy suitcase and a bad wrist. Lovely little landing with a view across the river. Wifi was good and breakfast was of the minimalist variety. There is nothing much in Remagen and all the atmosphere is across the river in Linz so better off to stay there.

Stayed at this hotel for three nights, venturing out into historic Remagen and Linz, as well as vineyards in the Ahr River Valley. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the Rhine River, a stone's throw away. Ample, free parking in the rear of the hotel, it was easy to navigate from as a base. Room was very spacious, had a nice modern and clean feel to it, as well as a nice bathroom. The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. Most rooms are up several flights of stairs so if you don't want to drag luggage the staff are more than willing to assist. We left the terrace door open through the night so we could hear the river and the boat traffic. There's also a busy train line across the river - we enjoyed the sound of trains too but beware if you are a light sleeper. The food in the restaurant was, in a word, outstanding. Very nice breakfast with a wide array of buffet items, we ate dinner twice in on the restaurant terrace, watching boats on the river as dusk settled. This restaurant deserves a Michelin Star! Focused menu of popular European dishes was prepared to perfection. We had local Ahr wines with each meal. I would go back again in a heartbeat!

Room tip: Room overlooking the river with a balcony for the total experience

Firstly the service was excellent. I screwed up our booking and they just switched the dates and gave us a better room facing the river. Lots of smiles and only too helpful.

The room itself was large and had great views of the Rhine. The location of the hotel is excellent and it had a lovely terrace to have dinner and breakfast.

I could not fault it.
