I took my 8-year-old cousin to the farm for a few days away. We booked a tent, but Ceri texted me in the morning to offer us a caravan to stay in at no extra charge, which was very warm and cosy. The farm had beautiful views, and my cousin loved helping feed the pigs, milking the goats, and exploring the farm. I also felt very safe letting him wander around on his own to have little adventures. Ceri and family were so lovely and welcoming and their dogs were all so sweet!!! cannot wait to return next year- this time with my mum in tow as well!! thank you Ceri for this amazing experience
The sparkle seems to have gone i would not return , unexpected charges made that were not on stated trip advisor
Had a fab stay and would recommend this cottage and we are revisiting later this year. The location has fantastic views and some good local walks. I treated myself to the full welsh breakfast which was definitely a must if staying and I purchased a leg of goat and lamb chops to take home which was very tasty.
Arrived during a Welsh heatwave this week for a midweek stay, the sun shone our whole stay & it was shorts & tea shirt weather. Outstanding views, exceptional accommodation. We had the pleasure of feeding lambs & gorgeous baby goats, we couldn’t tear ourselves away. They have 2 huge Newfoundland dogs, like mini bears, so friendly. We enjoyed scenic walks in the Brecon Beacons & enjoyed free range eggs from the farm chickens for breakfast. The owner was very friendly & couldn’t do enough for us. We have already booked a return trip. 5 stars from us.
I had the most enjoyable experience staying at this wonderful cottage on a working farm.I was able to get involved in feeding the goats and also milking them, which the lovely owner Ceri and her talented daughter Antonia then turn the milk into wonderful cheeses, butter even soap to sell at local farmers markets and food festivals. The cottage itself was very cosy and had amazing views, it sleeps up to 6 people so great for families or even friends who want to experience life on a farm and beautiful walks in a very scenic area. You can choose to cook a full Welsh breakfast which Ceri can supply for you with local produce and award winning sausages which are made on the farm. Nearby Tal Y Bont has 3 pubs to choose from and also a village stores.Ceri provided us with a bbq which we used one evening and sat out enjoying a fabulous view and a great sunset. Coity Bach is dog friendly and the owner has several dogs herself who all give you a great welcome when they see you.A must visit I will be back
