Very enjoyable visit as always. My first time visiting in the winter and at night. Still just as lovely!! Thermal water warms your bones and makes you feel amazingly relaxed

Kind of feels like they have made it and don’t care anymore. Apathy isn’t a good look guys. Massage was terrible and practically kicked out afterwards, had to walk around to the other side of the pools to pay for another locker whilst freezing our butts off and not dressed in much. Not cool man after parting with 330 bucks for two one hour massage that my 12 year old could have done better with. Overall terrible service. Tried to speak to someone but both people said they don’t deal with complaints. Wow. So bummed. Drove an extra four hours just to revisit this place after years since my last visit. At least the pools were lovely, but could have saved ourselves 300 bucks!!!
