Amazing service, the rooms are perfect and for what you get, reasonable rates.
In my 45 years, this has been the single best accommodation I have ever stayed in.

I took my mum here for a mothers day weekend away and stayed in the two bedroom unit which was bigger and nicer then my first home. We had everything we needed and more. The furnishings were top quality, great shower pressure. Very comfortable beds. Lovely quiet location, but easy walk to town and hot pools. Great selection of dvds, owners were so lovely and welcoming. Great selection of teas. Could not fault this 5 star accomadation. Highly recomend to anyone staying in Hanmer Springs

Cons:
Mattress could use a thicker topper bad..but that wasn't a major.
Have stayed at many hotels here but for price, amenities and quietness this is the best so far.

Lovely wee place tucked in just off the main road. A couple of mins walk to mini golf, pools and restaurants. Owners very helpful and easy to deal with, and if you love cats, they have a gorgeous one who is very freindly. Very handy, clean and well priced.

A group of 7 of us stayed for a few nights just after Easter. We had a 2 bedroomed unit and 2 x studio units.
Place was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. Towels were provided for the pools, free wifi, free use of the washing machine and dryer too. Walking distance to everywhere which was perfect.
Whilst we were there it was my daughter's 21st and the owners went out of their way to help us. They recommended someone to make a cake for us, took delivery of the cake and paid the lady on our behalf, hid the cake from my daughter and even provided us with blue tak so we could put up some banners. They even lent us a bbq so we could cook up a big birthday breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble.
I cannot recommend this place enough ... and Hanmer ... loved both so much we wanted to stay forever lol.
