Lovely wee place tucked in just off the main road. A couple of mins walk to mini golf, pools and restaurants. Owners very helpful and easy to deal with, and if you love cats, they have a gorgeous one who is very freindly. Very handy, clean and well priced.

A group of 7 of us stayed for a few nights just after Easter. We had a 2 bedroomed unit and 2 x studio units.
Place was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. Towels were provided for the pools, free wifi, free use of the washing machine and dryer too. Walking distance to everywhere which was perfect.
Whilst we were there it was my daughter's 21st and the owners went out of their way to help us. They recommended someone to make a cake for us, took delivery of the cake and paid the lady on our behalf, hid the cake from my daughter and even provided us with blue tak so we could put up some banners. They even lent us a bbq so we could cook up a big birthday breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble.
I cannot recommend this place enough ... and Hanmer ... loved both so much we wanted to stay forever lol.

An owner operated motel of a high standard. Well run and welcoming.
Cats to admire, dvds to borrow, towels for the public baths, well appointed units, a short walk to the baths, shops and restaurants. Our unit had a shower over the spa bath. We prefer a separate and roomy shower.
Take the recommended walk to the Hanmer Forest which is minutes away.
Thanks for Taking the time to provide much welcomed feedback. We appreciate your comments and understand your thoughts about showers over spa baths. With limited space, the architects designed only some of our rooms with spa baths. The balance of rooms have spacious shower cabinets.

Stayed in the one bedroom unit up the back and it was absolutely spotless and excellent in every way. Plenty of room with excellent furnishings. Sally was great and made us so welcome. Really loved this place. Just a couple minutes walk to centre of town was great also. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks Sally, your Motel is awesome.

The room was so perfectly set up - all the small details and thoughtful extras included - the bath salts were a great touch. We were escaping from a tough time and they were happy to let us have a later check out the next day which made such a difference to our stay. Super comfortable bed, great location, highly recommend.
