Great motel, with lots of extra touches, friendly helpful hosts. Excellent inviting well eqipped room, with heating and lights already on when we arrived. Spa towels, DVD's, WiFi, Morning paper, laundry all services provided as part of our stay.
Overall excellent place to stay, will be staying again.

We stayed for 2 nights as 2 couples in an apartment. (No 13).
This was a lovely, spacious apartment, well equiped, has great outdoor space.
The motel is very well situated close to the town centre, about 7 minutes walk.
Would certainly recommend staying here.

Bed was comfy and beautiful host, would recommend close to restaurants and thermal pools, I love the area as it’s close to everything such as walking near the forest, it’s one of the nicest accommodation we’ve ever had,

A real find in Hanmer as this is much better than a motel, with plenty of room, well stocked ie. plenty of towels tea, coffee etc, pool towels available. We had a very comfortable bed & a good 2 nights sleep as it is in a quiet area. Lovely hosts who even posted back my phone plug - many thanks. This place is convenient to town centre as well. This is where we’ll be staying next trip.

We are indeed located in a convenient part of the village, with the Thermal pools and restaurants and shops a 5-10 minute stroll and the Heritage forest with beautiful walks and the Dog Stream just at the end of the street.

We stayed in this motel for 2 nights in a standard studio. It has excellent facilities, lovely comfy bed, fluffy towels, far more extras than you would ever expect. Alan, the host cannot do enough, what a nice man he is. I would advise anyone coming to Hanmer Springs to try this motel. This was our last nights before flying home. They say leave the best till last - we certainly did!!
