Nice clean cabins fully stocked with kitchen utilities and nice clean bedding with crisp white sheets. The facilities are nice and clean along with the rest of the property and the ablution block had nice clean toilet s and lovely hot showers.

We stayed here a few years ago and were quite satisfied with our flat so decided we would stay again this visit. Things have gone downhill a little since then as our experience this time was remarkably different.

First up, the hosts are very friendly and welcoming, there is a detailed compendum in the rooms to share as much info as possible. The chalet room was self contained and of great size. Our chalet had all the mod cons one needs for an overnight stay e.g heatpump to take care of heating and cooling and a lcd t.v on a swivel bracket so you could watch on the couch or swing it so you could see it if you were watching t.v in bed. The mattresses were comfy and had the perfect amount of bedding on them although hubby and I both agreed the sheets felt rough and sandpapery. Nothing a bit of fabric softener won't fix though and the chalets were nice and quiet for good sleep qaulity. Some redecorating of the room recently was apparent e.g the carpet but the rest of the room could really deal with a refresh, cracked paint, holes in walls and the site of the windowsills was a real put off. They really could do with a proper refresh.

Now to the title, i am uploading photos of the filth to my review however can i just say this chalet was grubby. Horribly horribly grubby.

Sticky marks all over walls and the mirror, mould EVERYWHERE! not a single curtain back that wasn't covered in black toxic mould, mould growing all up the door, the windowsills were thick with black mould, dead bugs everywhere, the stove top still had previous guests muck all over it as did the wall next to the dinner table, looked like a child had chucked their spag bol on the wall. Please replace the fridge, it smelt like something had died in it and ponged the room out for a large period of time, it too was also filthy and hadn't been cleaned, the bathroom sink was filthy, rhe floor boards next to the bed and in the bathroom were rotten underneath the floor coverings and you could feel the holes in the floor under your feet as you walked, 2 power points were so loose in the wall they did not operate any longer, chipped paint everywhere, i left a hand print in the thick dust that was all over the bed side tables, the room smelt like damp, the microwave was unclean, the windows were so grubby with thick grime, looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years and unfortunately as we didn't get back until well after reception was shut from exploring we couldn't arrange to move rooms. It hadn't been vacummed either. For $135 for the room this wasn't what we expected. It needs some love. Run down old playground, damaged etc. Would have so much potential with a spruce up. Generally it has a neat environment so would love to come back some time but not if it was still like this!

Me and the Mrs stayed here for one night, but we wished we have booked for longer. We were in a awesome quaint little private cabin had all the facilities you'd expect from a budget hotel, Tea & coffee making in the room, tv, table, comfy bed. It was just perfect. Even space to park your car right outside the front of the hut. Would highly recommended.

Only had time for one night, but loved this park. Enjoyed the seclusion and not being too crammed in with other campers. Great facilities including a well maintained swimming pool. Highly recommend a visit :)

We stayed here for 5 nights in a tourist flat over New Years. The unit was so clean and nice. Very comfortable beds - and only $110 a night for 3 of us! Beautiful quiet setting - have stayed at many top 10s but this place wins on price and space. Have already rebooked for next year! Yes it’s a bit out of town (3kms) but that’s reflected in the price.
