The hotel looks ama,ing from the outside but very tired inside. We booked a grab one and so was allocated to the first floor. There is no lift. We pleaded for a ground floor room - none ava. The room had recently had sprinklers put in but why no down lights? We had 3 lamps. The ceiling was badly plastered and the whole hotel in a tired state. The bed was comfortable. No air conditioning.
