The apartment was perfect for the four of us (Two Couples) travelling together, clean, quiet and plenty of room. The apartment met all of our needs to be able to relax. They even had towels to use at the hot springs. The location is about a two minute drive into the centre of town which is nice as it’s very peaceful.

3 of us enjoyed our overnight stay at the very spacious 2-bedroom unit. It was squeaky clean, well equipped in a handy location just a few hundred metres from the town centre. Very quiet with a great backyard, the unit had comfortable beds and a nice access bathroom. Carpark right in front of our apartment. The pool towels were a nice touch. We had a great time at Hanmer apartments. The accommodation is really good with facilities that can only be compared to 5*
Anyone looking for a great stay over with exceptional quality and a host that can give you local knowledge then I would certainly suggest staying at Hanmer Apartments.

We stayed two nights for a wedding. The location was a little way out of town but not far at all (5 mins drive max or a 20 min walk) and perfect for our needs. The apartment was clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly. We had everything we needed.
We stayed in the disabled friendly apartment which was lovely. just struggled a little with the shower and managed to flood the bathroom a few times so went through a lot of towels, sorry to the poor cleaners!! We had a heat pump in the main room but maybe a small fan for the bedrooms (as it became very hot at night) could be good? Very minor though and still managed to get a good night sleep.
We would 100% stay again and couldn’t fault anything else. Although the hotel was completely full we didn’t hear a single noise from any other customers and had great privacy. Thank you Hanmer apartments :)
