Had a great night away with a friend, our room was well equipped and spotlessly clean. The spa bath was a real treat, we will definitely be back to stay again soon

Well appointed and clean studio apartment, which was very large and lovely to have a couch to sit on to watch TV, not the normal, sit on the bed. The kitchen was well equipped, with nice extras including fly spray. Our only and big issue was the bed was extremely poorly made, the bottom sheet was not tucked in at the bottom so having stayed more than one night we noticed it, so remade the bed, plenty of sheet tucked in at the top, but was not pulled down to be tucked in at the bottom, the sheet was plenty long enough, so why? Would have given five stars if this was not an issue

Your critique of the bed making is helpful as under the circumstances you describe, the question you ask is totally valid and it is one for our housekeeper who was responsible for you room (we keep good records so will address the issue you had). At any time if there is an issue, please let us know as we are more than happy to resolve it at the time if we are able, and remaking a bed properly is an easy fix. I spend 70 nights per year in motels around New Zealand and having recently discovered Cambridge Mews it is now my favorite place to stay. Very clean and tidy and the owners are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Extremely clean, comfortable, and well taken care of that shines with pride of ownership! Our drive to hobbiton movie set from Auckland was perfect and arrived to this comfortable hotel afterwards that made our night on the way to the glow worm caves the next day the perfect stay. King size bed was true king size bed that felt great for a perfect sleep and it’s just like the ones we have in the states and not two singles pushed together that some hotels will try to do. Sheets were new and smelled super clean, pillows were soft and comfy, carpet was new and clean and kitchen was sparkling clean with all the plates and utensils along with dish soap that made this a magnificent stay. Extremely fast wifi for my own fire stick to run smoothly. Upon check in the owner offered me a bottle of milk which was a nice touch. Heater worked great and bathroom had a separate heater for the cold winter nights in June (a/c works great too). Fantastic stay and highly recommended and i didn’t want to leave because it felt like home away from home. We stayed in #6.

excellent service and excellent place to stay. this place is very quiet not much traffic noise. the spa bath is great. the people are very friendly and helpful. would stay again anytime . would recommended it to anyone.

Last minute booking for an overnight stay at Canbridge Mews. Top marks for cleanliness, comfort, celling fans, quiet and very informative compendium. Booked on the reviews and was not disappointed.
