We were referred to Gardean's apartment and spent two weeks there. The location right next to the Sea Park and accessing the beach is perfect. Walking everywhere is not a problem. The hostess was the interior designer and she did a stellar job. The kitchen sink utilities contain everything necessary, That thoroughness runs throughout the apartment. The dining room table is large, the couch is long and comfortable. The TV/Cable had quite a few English language which we enjoyed. The bathroom is immaculate and the shower has plenty of hot water. We enjoyed the bed and night stands. The closed in balcony area was perfect for drying the clothes from the washing machine - which is huge for full time travelers! She picked us up and returned us to the bus station and had a good supply of materials about Burgas attractions. The city was having the annual flower festival and also Orthodox Easter while we were there, the sculptures in the park are amazing. We were able to visit 11 attractions and became totally comfortable in finding our way around town. The city people are terrific. Helpful and welcoming. This was our 1st Bulgarian stop and we sure got blessed finding Apartment 38! It was still early so no basking on the beach, but in summer I bet it's great! Know this is in an old block building but the lift works well and once you open the door to the apartment you feel like you are in a new building.
