The hotel has perfect location and that was the reason we choose it. The building is beautiful old house with nice architecture. The biggest plus was the parking. I would recommend some updates in the guest rooms like removing the old carpet, put a fan in the shower room and pay more attention to the cleaning. Breakfast is better to skip, there are local bakery shops nearby where you can get choice of good food.

Taking safety measures
I traveled to Burgas on business and stayed at the Hotel Chiplakoff.
The room was dated but had all the necessary amenities, air conditioning (very welcome), comfortable bed, free wi-fi and en-suite bathroom.
The staff were very friendly and spoke good English they were also very helpful with directions to local amenities.
Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed in the evening during my stay but it was open for breakfast where the choice was limited but very nicely prepared.
For a budget hotel with all the amenities, I would definitely recommend this establishment.
we booked one room for 3 adults, hotel confirmed it. we paid all price, but when we came they gave us a room with one big bed and small folding chair bed. this folding chair bed wasn't suitable for adult person. the room was much smaller, not the same as in the photo on the website. so, we changed it to a room with a folding sofa. moreover, they demanded an additional charge from us 100 lev, although according to the rules of the website where we booked, it is prohibited. when we tried to prove that we had paid already, we provided a payment check. they refused to believe us and were very rude. the bathroom is small, after taking a shower there is water everywhere on the floor, if another person wants to use the toilet, then he has to walk through the puddles of water on the floor.
If you’re looking for cosy hotel in Burgas you won’t be dissolved with this one. Nice location, 10 minutes walk from train/bus station, 15 to the beach. Spacious room and good working a/c. Complimentary breakfast and helpful staff.
Especially the building is extremely nice. Rooms are big enough, especially the room at the roof floor with terrace. Close to the city centre by walking and silent environment. Cosy and helpful staff..
The family hotel is located close to the town market and is a 10 or so minute walk from the centre. The building is a refurbished old house from the beginning of 20th century. It keeps the atmosphere and makes the place easily recognizable from the rest hotels of the type, The well preserved uniqueness brings the inconvenience of a winding staircase with no elevator in the building. It is very clean and the staff are young and helpful. The restaurant serves tasty reasonably priced food. They have a free car park as well. All in all it is an extremely good value for money.
