The hotel is situated in a good location. The breaksfast has everything you need, the service is really poor, staff is not polite and not interested in making your stay better.
They are rude. My room has been made only to the half, even if the hotel was not fully booked.
The quality of the rooms is not great, but the biggest disadvantage of this hotel is definitely the poor care and unfriendliness of the staff.
If you have to stay one night there, the price is good, but I would not suggest it for any other longer stay

Room was very clean and quiet. There is a free parking onsite, but there are plenty places to park around the hotel. Good view from the 8+ floors. Bed was very comfortable. We didn't have a chance to go to breakfast, so I can't say anything about it. Staff was polite and wiling to help. I travel with a dog and usually get 'tier 2' rooms, however this time the room was perfect. City center is 2 km away - a walking distance.

Although from outside the building looks nice when you're inside its a different story. The rooms are tired and have a strong stale odor, the breakfast served is 2 star quality, the tables are not even set you have to pick your cutlery at the buffet the quality of customers isn't what I had expected. Unfortunately its not my kind of hotel nor will I visit it again.

The room was poor, you understand that all the furnitures and especially the bed was very "tired".
The breakfast in my home is better than this. The machine for juice had only water. The waiters are very rude. At least 10 people waited to bring cups for coffee and the brought only 3-4. After question when they will bring more she never answer and she go at the kitchen. They brought after some minutes. Everything was very poor. I will never go in this hotel again

This hotel was in the city center but not at the heart of the city. You need to take taxi for attractive places but taxi fares are cheap in Burgas. The decoration seems old but the conditions were ok. I should mention that the breakfast was very nice, very close to Turkish breakfast. If you want a reasonable stay you can prefer this hotel.
