Hostel located on University area, convenience walk to the center, close to shop and store, a few step to bus shelter ,the price is ok , value for money, free wifi internet and quality of service is good, i stayed for two nights for a short period ..

I stayed two nights in this hotel and I am so happy it is over. I do not know where to start here are the minus points:
- NOT clean! Bathroom floor was not clean, shower looks very used with watermarks and stains.
-Toilet was flushed before I checked in but not more!
So there is a problem with cleaning staff or mentality.
- nobody speaks English. I met three reception ladies and none of them was speaking even basic english.
-nothing to drink (even water) or to eat in the hotel. So if you are thirsty and out of water you must go to the supermarket with your pjs.
- relatively loud but I stayed in even louder hotels so not the worst but to mention.
- I hanged "not disturb" sign when I left for a meeting. When I came back, I understood somebody was in the room during my absence. So good I was not really sleeping in the room.
And now the Pros:
+ It is only few minutes from city center and just by the university.
+ the price is very reasonable but avarage for Bulgarian level.
I would not suggest this hotel! It needs so much improvement!

Cant believe we got a hotel like this so cheap.

Friendly and helpful staff
They have a cafe downstairs where u can order a simple breakfast
No hairdresser just so u know
