Jenny was the best host when we stayed next door . Her cafe is amazing...Super Casado plates and delicious pizza. Jenny was great at organizing is a car rental. She helped us out when Budget accidentally charged us an extra day...She went to bat for us and got our no way back. Jenny and her family are the best! Stop in for great food..Ice cold beer and a great host.
Thanks Jenny :)

Discovered this gem of a restaurant near Cabo Blanco Reserve and on your way to Mal Pais and Santa teresa. The food was so good we went three out of the fours days we were in Cabuya. Great place to grab a delicious and affordable bite to eat. Lunch was spectacular! The beers were cold and the service was welcoming and family like. Highly recommend this location.

Guys! This place is amazing. We hiked Cabo Blanco and were craving a cold beer so we pulled over. Place is really pretty but was empty so we weren't even sure it was open. Out comes this great owner (?) speaking excellent English and being SUPER accommodating. When reviewing the menu she says "we can make you a pizza" which sparked our interest, so we ordered a medium on her recommendation for 2 people. She let us each pick out a separate topping schematic for our half. It was out of this world, just like the service and the cuteness of the place itself. I believe it was $24 ish with tip for the pizza and 4 beers. Highly recommend giving her your business for a pizza and/or beer, especially after that grueling hike!

Jenny, the owner, goes out of her way to make you comfortable and welcome at her cafe. She can tell you where to get anything in the neighboring area. Plus that, her house salad of lettuce, cabbage, carrots, (with or without chicken or shrimp) with toasted sunflower seeds is delicious---plus, ask her for the recipe for her salad dressing and she'll write it on the back of your bill. Beers are cold too. Oh yea, and she can book side trips to Canopy Zip line, Tortuga Island, or other things. Very nice woman.
Pura Vida!

Jenny and family run a nice family restaurant. Very fresh fish, delightful Casados. If you visit Cabuya or Cabo Blanco visit this nice place. Wilfredo makes sure you don't miss a bird on the surrounding areas. Great birding!
