If you have kids under ten this is the perfect little adventure for kids and adults alike. We had an absolute blast and the tour guide was absolutely brilliant and made it all so cool and believable! Wouldn’t recommend if your kids scare very easily but I think they do adjust the tour depending on what you put in the questionnaire before the tour starts.
Highly recommend it as a family activity or even if you just want to have a laugh and giggle with a bunch of mates.

How to honeymoon 101...start your trip off by immediately doing the Lost World 7hr Epic Tour! You will NOT regret it! Gav and TK were both such great guides, ensuring we were safe while also ensuring we had plenty of adrenaline pumping throughout the experience!
Without giving away too much, I'd just say, you can't go wrong with this unique experience. The trek is full of variety and adventure at every turn! I had gone to see glowworms, and while we saw plenty of them (at the end there is a great resting stop to just lay under them as if they were stars), I'd say they were overshadowed by the entire adventure!

We had debated doing the black water rafting options with other companies but after talking to others while on our travels, we 100% know we made the right choice by going with Waitomo Adventures. So if you're thinking about visiting the Waitomo caves, do it with these guys! They know what they're doing!
