This is an attic conversion in an ancient building? 15th century. I5 is comfortable and has access to a lovely small terrace with a view out to the Sibillini Mountains and th3 township. Roberto told us where to go locally for food an$ cultural 3xperiences. I suggest the wine tasting at Chiu Chiu. The Osteria Cantina is an excellent restaurant. A visit to the Sibillini mountains especially to see th3 ongoing devastation caused by the earthquake a few years ago. The Bar Eiffel served great Aperol Spritzers and lovely snacks with it. This is a great place to taste a bit of Italian culture in a non tourist environment.
Dimora delle piccole merlettaie has a very central location.. The apartment has a large bedroom, a good kitchen with big fridge and small freezer. In a bathroom there is also a washing machine. Air conditioning was great in sunny days. The best part of this apartment is a great terrace with fantastic views over the roofs of the town. Despite of the central location the apartment is very peaceful and quiet.
Parking is easy because there are several free parking areas nearby.
Offida has a very special atmosphere. Town is well known of hand-made lace, and you can still see women sitting at their doorways working with their bobbin lace (merletto a tombolo). You can also buy lace works from many little shops. There are also many cafes , winebars and a few restaurants at the town nearby the appartment.
Owners lived downstairs and they were very kind and helpful.
