Great location, short walk to the lake and the town. Supermarket is close by to walk to. Room was perfect for what we needed. Can be a lively location, location is close to attractions with foot traffic after all. Was great for what we needed. They also do onsite laundry at a price if you dont have coins for the local laundromat. Tiffany was a great host and provided lots of local information and really made our stay comfortable.
Amazing location, that was by far the highlight. Building is in much need of a makeover. Everything is old, run down and gross. Curtains were moldy in both shower and bedroom area. Grime in corners of bathroom., just icky! Smoke detector looked like it was purchased in the 90s doubt if it worked, if it did it would long be expired. We stayed in 8 different places on our holiday and this was by far the worst and for nearly $300 a night I expected much more! It came across to us that the owners only cared about $$$ not the safety of their customers or providing them with a pleasant experience. Such a shame.
Average hotel. All basic facilities like kitchenette etc is available. Reception only 10 am to 6 PM. No daily house keeping g and no attached restaurant. Very close to the centre restaurants and the lake. Bus pick up and drop is 5 minutes walk. May not recommend for stay.
We stayed for three nights. The room on the first floor had a view of the mountain. All amenities in place. However, there is zero service/help available even for seniors. Obviously, there is a shortage of staff. The locational advantage to grocery stores and restaurants is a plus point.
Good Points. Comfortable bed, spacious room, good shower, great location, free parking if you are one of the first 9 cars in.
Bad Points. The whole structure creaks all day and night and wakes you up regularly. We booked a kitchenette and found a one burner electric plate in the cupboard where the heat was useless. The baby refrigerator was so small we had to buy ice each day for our tiny portable cooler. The place is worn out, carpet needed a shampoo, base of the shower was not clean, furniture was dusty and balcony furniture filthy. Walls are thin and you can hear conversations next room. Fortunately we spent as little time as possible in the room during the lengthy stay. Certainly overpriced for what we received and maintenance is overdue.
