This motel has a lot to recommend it, lovely airy room, balcony, limited cooking facilities, large comfortable bed, sofa and brilliant shower. There was also a limited view of the mountains.

In the summer I would recommend this hotel. Unfortunately we visited in spring.

Not sure of building construction but there were very regular loud cracking sounds, probably caused by contraction or expansion of materials. This possibly due to the fact that during our stay the temperature varied from -3°C to 15°C, daily. These noise startled us during the day and woke us up during the night.

Heating was also an issue with just a convection heater, which we didn't feel could be left on at night, so room got very cold. High apex ceiling meant large area to heat.

Minor gripe would be that whilst I don't mind just having a shower, if they advertise a bath then I expect one, not just a deep shower tray (about 1 meter sq) which even if you could use it can only be filled by using the shower, how long would that take.

Finally just to say that the room cleaning staff were very helpful

One of the nicest motels I've stayed in, room was lovely, clean and spacious, well equipped kitchen area, fantastic shower over bath, fantastic wifi, supermarket a minute walk, but still quiet, Free parking, friendly staff, will definitely be back soon !

The room was spacious and comfortable. On offer a big bed, a 2 seater and dining table, in the kitchen area a microwave, hot plate and a fridge along with tea and coffee making facilities and Netflix.
