No one wanted to serve me!

Went here on Saturday to grab some food and a coffee, the food looked great, it was busy but standing at the counter waiting to be service with my money in my hand no one even acknowledged me! One lady who worked there walked up to the counter looked at me then the ipad and grabbed her water from under the counter and turned back to talk to her work mates. I still stood there with my money then decided to take my business elsewhere! You wont get far if you continue to run your business like that.

Hey, I'm so sorry that happened - I'd feel p'off too! Hopefully just early-days speed wobbles. We've had a chat in our staff meeting to figure out how to stop this ever happening again. Here's hoping you give us another chance!
