This is an absolutely lovely place in a great spot. Although on the rim of Wanaka township walking into town would be possible for someone keen on exercise. (Otherwise it is less than 5 minutes by car). We had a beautiful view of the mountains from our room. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent variety of TV choices (not that you want to stay inside in beautiful Wanaka). Great little cafe with wide variety of exotic foodstuff (Florence's) just along the road.

The location was great with stunning views. Room was tastefully decorated and immaculately clean the bed was so comfortable, we had the best night sleep of our whole trip!

We enjoyed a fabulous stay, rooms were amazing, beautifully decorated and immaculately presented with every thought gone into the guests comfort and needs. Would highly recommend! We checked in late as a last minute decision and the man at the reception counter was so helpful and friendly. Our room was spotless, comfortable and warm with a comfortable bed.
From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel SO welcome by our lovely hosts, Matt and Paul.
The rooms are spacious, immaculate and even the studio apartments have stove tops and cooking utensils. Beds are luxurious and units so lovely and homely and beautifully designed ( great interiors!)
Matt gave us some excellent tips on restaurants ( all have been outstanding) The motel is very close to Maude Winery and restaurant( our fave) . The lovely Paul offers transfers to town between 4-8 which we enjoyed( although walk to town is 15 mins and an easy walk) the owners also excellent at giving advice on trail runs and hikes- thanks !!
We will DEFINITELY be back!! All round, a fantastic place to stay and highly recommended you won’t regret it!!

We loved our 4 nights here! The most comfortable bed you could wish for. The seating area was comfortable and was perfect for sitting and taking in the snow-capped mountain view out of the lovely big glass door that leads out to a private balcony. The room was spotless! The house-keeping staff came in every day and did a beautiful job. Not a thing was out of place. The owners are lovely people and made us feel very welcome. This is the best place that we have stayed at during our New Zealand travels and overseas travels. We will be back.
