We have been to the Radisson quite a few times and we always find that it is a high standard relaxed and easy place to stay on the main island. Whilst we have also enjoyed many other Fiji resorts on and off the main island we always come back to the Radisson.

You would stay here if you were a family transferring to another location or if you are looking for an easy, clean, quality holiday with minimal travel required.

The pool is one of the best and our kids love it! The staff are always friendly and professional.

We'll be back for sure.

Fantastic experience ... resort was ideal for kids (9&5) with great pool, fantastic daily activities and lots of other kids to befriend. All of this allowed mum and dad to relax by the pool and really enjoy ourselves. Staff so friendly however service was a fraction slower than what you might expect ... put this down to "FIJI time" which is a way of say nothing moves that fast but once you embrace that it becomes relaxing, Accom had plenty of room for the 4 of us. Our first but not last trip to FIJI and would return to this resort as it is set up well for families.

Our stay at the Radisson Blu Resort Fiji was our first time there and was with my entire family. All enjoyed the pool and other facilities. The staff were all very friendly and very customer focussed. Overal a great holiday experience.

Loved everything about Radisson, the staff were amazing, clean pool, amazing spa's, breakfast was delicious and so much variety, rooms were spacious and very clean, comfortable beds, great wifi, everything was perfect!! We will be back and wont even consider anywhere else.

Take care when dealing with this resort in relation to booking and payment and also understanding eating in a buffet situation.

When we booked for 3 Lagoon view rooms, it took OVER 2 MONTHS to get confirmation from the resort.

In booking we requested to have the rooms together as a family, NO COMMUNCIATION was provided at any time, to advise that this was not possible due to the configration of the type of rooms at the resort.

To be less stressful on departure early in the morning, our account was settled the previous night and our funds budgeted as per the final account settled. To our surprise and disappointment, we were then charged when we got home an additional nights stay. With numerous transations on our account from the restaurant, bar, activity and accomodation costs over the week you would assume the final account provided is correctly managed and accounted for and as a customer would NOT EXPECT further charges made on your credit card the following day after your account has been settled.

We ate all our meals at the resort restaurants, 2 days before we left one of the family members picked up a GASTRO BUG at the resort.

The whole experience with the booking and charging of our family accounts really placed a bad experience with this resort, which is a shame as there was some amazing staff at the resort that should be commended for there service. Highly recommend the resort review it's practises of booking and how they finalise accounts.

Room tip: Double check your charges when settling your account. Make sure you understand the configuration of the rooms.

Thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback after your recent stay with us.

We regret the circumstances relating to your bill payment and we sincerely understand your concerns in regards to our process when it comes to settling dues. Admittedly, our correspondence to you on this matter was not as thorough as it should have been and our Front Office team management have been reminded to ensure that this is rectified and improved, going forward.

Our investigation concludes that your Rooms 315 & 316 had accommodation charges pending on 16/04, you had checked out early that morning, without attending in person at Reception, hence this was settled by the attending Duty Manager. You were informed in an email of the steps taken to clear out dues.
In regards to your booking and your special request for interconnecting rooms, on 09/09/2022, our Reservations agent sent you an email to acknowledge your room allocation request and you were also advised that we did not have any interconnecting room however we can arrange for side by side but it is a Nil Guarantee as it is dependent on availability at check- in. We understand that this was also explained to you when you checked in. Furthermore, we have also checked our duty logs and there is no report of any sick guest from your rooms, as you have mentioned.

We apologize for any misunderstanding that may been caused in regards to you room charges and be rest assured that there was no additional charge as only the due out amounts were processed with receipt sent for your information and records.

Here at Radisson Blu Resort Fiji, we value our commitment to all our guests and we prioritize their welfare and as such, we would never set out to financially disadvantage anyone. We have our standard operating procedures in place and our compliance is vital for our business. In saying so, the credit card charges applied was for your pending bill as was advised to you.
