This time we were meeting friends- they had a great experience and so did we!!
Now, 4 days on our own to rest and relax and wait for the cyclone to pass.
Both of us have enjoyed the food and drink. We also recommend the Spa experience here. You really can choose to do as much or as little as you like here.
And the staff- simply amazing!!

We are Wyndham timeshare owners & came here to celebrate our anniversary.
We asked for an Oceanview room & we’re thrilled with what we were given.
The service from all the staff we encountered was friendly.
And howabout that pool - look at the bloody size of it including a swim up bar.
It’s pretty hard to get bored here with all the daily free activities, 2 pools to choose from & or a warm ocean to swim in.
And if your in need of a little variety, you can wander through the other nearby Denarau Island hotels, have a round of golf across the road, enjoy a massage or jump on a bus & or in a taxi to have a day out.
We’ll be back in a few years.

While visiting this resort from neighbouring resorts we were approached by staff and offered a $150 voucher if we do a "quick" tour of the hotel and post reviews for them. In actual fact the "quick" tour is a 3 hr sales pitch for time shares with them. They did not mention this at all when offering the voucher. Very disappointed in there sales tactics and will be avoiding all wydnham resorts from now on.

DO NOT STAY or CHOOSE this property for your Vacation. Lured into visiting site via a guaranteed tour, which we paid for, to be cancelled and not notified and HAVE not refunded money. A guaranteed 90min total trip from Hilton ended up wasting our valuable time for 3hours. DO NOT STAY

The tours may have been cancelled due to unfavorable weather conditions and certain things beyond any one's control.

We went here for our 30th anniversary, booked 10 months in advance and were given a ground floor room, next to the kids club, and they set up a giant movie screen outside our room. When we complained they did offer to move us, but we were already all unpacked and neither room was great. Also, waterfront here is not waterfront elsewhere, there was a big lawn and a swimming pool in between our room and the beach. They also don't want you bringing your own beverages to the pool. The staff did try and make it right, but it was too little too late. The 3 days were ruined. If you look at my other reviews all over the world you will see I am not a complainer, at all, this was just bad.

We do understand your disappointment with the room however that is the room type you had booked for and knowing it was not where you wished to be we offered a room move again as you mentioned you were all already unpack.
The design of the resort is as such and am sure prior to staying you would have seen other reviews and images on the layout.
Most resorts on Denarau do not allow guests to bring their own drinks to the pool or beach side.
