We originally booked The Sheraton requesting interconnecting rooms as we have teenage sons. On arrival the Sheraton couldn’t accommodate so we were upgraded to ocean view rooms at The Westin. We have had friendly service from every staff member at the adjacent sister resorts owned by Marriott - the Westin, Sheraton and Sheraton Villas. It’s great to be able to use the facilities and charge back to our room from all three hotels. Be prepared for and adjust to ‘Fiji time’ (things are relaxed here and take longer than at home!). Say Bula (hello) and Vinaka (thank you), be friendly and smile, and you’ll be reciprocated with friendly and helpful service and enjoy your stay a lot more. We’ve seen several stressed-out arrivals demanding double-shot espressos or complaining about slow service, and being rude to staff. Better to chill out and go with the flow. After all, we all come here to relax, right? Hotel rooms are lovely - Fijian-style, clean and super comfortable beds. Great to be able to use all Marriott facilities (join Marriott Bonvoy for free before arrival, advise hotel of your membership number for 10% off food and beverages at all 3 resorts). Prepare for price-shock (500ml bottle of Fiji Water at restaurant $11 FJD - about $8 AUD!) so we’re drinking wine and beer instead 🙂 Not cheap either compared to home, but we’re on holidays and deserve it 🙂🥂 You can walk along the beachfront to several other resorts (Radisson Blu and Wyndham are closest) to enjoy their restaurants and happy hour pricing. Free internet works great which keeps the teenagers happy. You can take the free (brown) Bula Bus from 2.30pm to the Sheraton, Sheraton Villas, or Golf Club restaurant. It comes every 10 minutes or so. You can walk to the Marina and other resorts (a couple of km so wear comfy shoes and avoid stepping on the frogs at night) or pay around $8 per adult for the paid Bula Bus - much more relaxing. Enjoy your stay!

ugh .. arrived here 3 nights ago only to be told the rooms we booked weren’t available. We are a party of 6 and booked 2 rooms with 2 beds in each room, 3 people per room. They “upgraded”
us to ocean view rooms and said they would have roll away beds brought for my kids, one to each room. We called many times nothing ever happened. Night one came and went. Nothing. My kids slept on the FLOOR (they’re 14 and 18 .. not toddlers). Day 2 .. we asked again where the roll always were. Again, told that they’re coming. We called and went to the front desk repeatedly .. told that beds are on the way... beds are are on the way. The guy delivering the beds is at our block. Nothing. Nada. Zero. Spoke with the manager who assured me they were getting them from their neighboring sister property and beds would arrive in 20 mins. Again. Nothing. She calls and says 5 more minutes. Nothing. 45 MIND later at ...
2.5 hours after I had gone to the fro t desk after repeated calls .. at 11PM one bed arrives. The other bed was being maid to be delivered .. about 11:15pm. I wouldn’t expect this kind of poor service and run around from such an establishment. Disappointing to pay for rooms that sleep 6 people and 2 people sleep on the floor. Unresponsive staff and even management didn’t seem to have a hold on what was going on.
