Incredible stay at the most wonderful resort where the staff make us feel like family.
Particular mention to Aseri and Panapasi at 28g, they were an absolute pleasure to see each day when getting our daily coffee fix.
Meri, Solomone and all the amazing staff at Island 619 made us feel at home every night for dinner…and the staff at Tatavu were amazing!
If you want a holiday which resets and relaxes you completely then this is the place!

Room tip: Spend a few dollars and load up with some treats for the children of the staff…colouring books, colour pencils, crayons, card games etc.

Our relaxing and beautiful stay in a 2 Bdrm Villa was everything we could have expected and dreamed of. 5 of us enjoyed a truly “Fijian” experience, in every way, from the ever-present Bula smiles whenever we met or passed a staff member, to the genuine “Bula Mr Barry” greeting at every turn. The expansive and gorgeously tropical pools and surrounds, and the “quieter” villa pool were near-perfect. While orange may not be my fave furniture colour scheme, (and the room amenities need to be brought into the 21st C …eg accessible USB ports), it is always the delightful Fijian personalities and culture that stands out and makes the experience soooo wonderful. Must thank the superb service of Melia and Mishel at brekkie, and the inimitable and incredible “Milla- the Omelette Queen” who tirelessly met EVERYONE’s requests. Special mention to Kitti at the Tatavu restaurant for really making our celebrations VERY special and memorable ( and oh so melodic) indeed … lovely touches everywhere. They may well have all been expertly and professionally overseen by a very experienced and magnanimous Elenoa G, (F & B M) who looked after our very specific request most efficiently. Kudos also to Rita, Housekeeping supervisor, and Merewai at the front desk for their superb and helpful service … and smiles. VINAKA Vaka Levi to all. Hope to see you again soon! PS Anyway you can guarantee those sunsets next time? ;-)

3 friends stayed for 6 nights in the Villas which were great. Clean and well maintained daily. Our biggest disappointment was the quality of the food in all restaurants. The prices are not cheap which is fine if the food is good. Everything was so overcooked or not available. At the Waters Edge bar and restaurant, they did not have the Pork Belly, Lamb Rack or Prawns, which left very little left from a limited menu. We left and went to the main restaurant and had a Snapper plater which was terrible and very expensive. The fish was so overcooked it was dry and you could barely get your fork into the flesh. We found the Marina had great restaurants and was a lot cheaper. The same bottle of wine at the pool bar restaurant was FG86 but 119 at the beachfront restaurant which we found unacceptable. The cocktails on the other hand were great. Hopefully, they can improve their food as many guests we met also complained.

Room tip: The villas are great for a few people or families and fully self-contained if you wish to cook as there is a supermarket close by.

This was our second time at the Sheraton Denarau Villas and we loved it as much as the first time. The 2 bed villas are perfect and the daily housekeeping service a dream. All of the team at Sheraton can't do enough for you and the warm and friendly welcome is always genuine. I do have a BUT... the service at times wasn't great. The Tatavu bar even when not busy the service was slow. We even took to ordering ourselves at the bar but even then the wait was extensive. The saving grace was a fantastic waitress called Meliana who was rushed off her feet but always attentive and remembered our orders and room number. That said, it's an awesome resort and for us, the best on Denarau. Feels luxurious but not pretentious. We will be back!!

Just returned from 6 nights at Sheraton Villas in a 3 bedroom villa.

First of all- the staff there are just beyond incredible. Ever single person we encountered was amazing. Orsini at the pool hut (amazing dancer) and Mary at Island 619 are just 2 of the amazing staff. Our nannies Mary and Esther were just amazing too. So friendly and kind.

Our villa was huge and well equipped with washer, dryer and full kitchen including microwave. 2 bedrooms downstairs and one upstairs and 3 bathrooms. Very spacious. Spotlessly clean and well appointed. Pools were amazing. Restaurants and food delicious.

Can't wait to come back!!
