The hotel changed ownership right before my group stayed there for a conference, so take all this with a grain of salt. The rooms are nice but could use more seating. The shower stalls are a bit odd, with a glass side only halfway across. There's a restaurant, but I never ate there. We had a buffet banquet one evening, and the food wasn't particularly impressive.
There's a free continental breakfast every morning, but it's pretty rudimentary. It didn't help that they had a cream cheese shortage the entire weekend.
Staff is a bit uneven, with a couple of people I wasn't that impressed with and two who were outstanding: Patrice at the front desk and Sarah on the wait staff. I had a minor reservations issue that Patrice lost more sleep over than I did, and Sarah singlehandedly handled our 30-person banquet with unshakeable aplomb.More
