If you like Neapolitan pizza, this is the place for you. All pizzas are baked in a red brick oven with the word "Crust" emblazoned on it.

Crust is located in a strip mall filled with ethnic restaurants -- all with outdoor seating. When you enter, you pass neay stacked bags of flour and boxes of tomato sauce. You order at the counter and find a table where you wait for your order to be delivered.

Photographs of Sophia Loren and other Italian celebrities line the walls under two huge flat screen TVs.

Each 12-inch pizza comes out bubbly, thin-crusted and delicious We had one pepperoni (with perfect tomato sauce, mozarella cheese and spicy pepperoni) and one vegetarian (white with three cheeses, basil, zucchini, mushrooms and peppers). We also had an arugula salad with cherry tomatoes, red onions, croutons with lemon dressing.

We've found a new favorite spot.

Just went for the first time a few days ago. Heard good things and was anxious to try. We ordered 4 "individual" pizzas which was really much more than needed for 4 people with 2 salads added. The pizzas were underbaked with the bottom mostly white and soft, not crispy as expected. The cost was shocking - ~$80 with nothing else added, no drinks even. Like Whole Foods pizza much better, AND - 2 large pizzas with 3 toppings are $26. Won't go back.

We came to this place and I love it! Reminded me of our last visit to Napoli. Friendly employees, we ordered Margherita with Mushrooms and Margherita Classic. Then ate another classic because it was so delicious! Definitely worth it.

This was a pleasant surprise for us. There’s no wait service so grab a menu and a table then place your order at the counter. The food is delivered to your table.

The menu is made up of appetizers, salads, pizzas and deserts. Sandwiches are also available.

During both of our visits we shared the fried artichoke hearts which were better than we’ve ever had. You get three and come over some greens with their long stem still attached. They had obviously been marinated in oil so they didn’t dry out when fried. They are scrumptious and not to be missed.

Next appetizer was the eggplant. Once again, not to be missed. This is my mother’s recipe for sure. Plenty of olive oil, tomato sauce, and cheese between ultra thin slices of fried eggplant. Served in an individual sized skillet, you’ll be using the home baked piece of bread to mop up the “debris” at the bottom! Dare I say, this is as good as ours at home.

Lastly, the gnocchi. Served hot in an individual sized skillet, they come with a tasty meat sauce. They were cooked perfectly and, my guess, were home made.

The main course here is the pizza. Don’t come expecting the typical Americanized pie, this is Neapolitan style. Thin crusted and cooked in a wood fired oven at extremely high heat. As usual, we always evaluate pizza by ordering a basic pie, sauce and cheese. The dough has a bit more chew than American pies, but does taste really good. There’s a bit of a char on the crust, imparted by the 1000 degree oven, that adds to the flavor. The sauce is not overwhelming or pasty, just a good clean tomato taste. The cheese is of good quality and stringy. We highly recommend this pie.

Finally, the dessert. We only tried one, the tiramisu. Served in an individual bowl, it’s topped with a heavy coating of cocoa powder. It was good but could have used more coffee flavor. This one misses the mark.
