We loved this condo and the location near the riverwalk was just a quick Uber away!
When we arrived, after what was the longest walk down empty hallways to the FARTHEST room away from the elevators with all of our bags, we ended up opening the lockbox to find no keys. We were locked out of our unit. At 9:45 pm. A group of women in a scary hallway with way too many bags... finally got in touch and they moved us to another unit back in the First floor. The closest unit to our vehicle thank goodness. But it took an hour to get all of this moving around done. Made us late for a birthday party and wore us out! But the condo itself was fantastic and so was the company. Expected they would at least reduce our rate or something for our extensive inconvenience. But we didn’t get anything offered like that. Nothing except I’m sorry. I called back for a check out question the next day. She asked how things were and I told her about our check in drama and being locked out. She gave us 5% extra odd our next stay. Not much help and did not make up for what happened. Overall it was a very nice stay!
Beds were great! Wonderful supplies. Was too cold to try out the pool area! Great floorplan!
