Great Thai restaurant with large menu. Outdoor and indoor seating. Crab. Curry and spring rolls are particularly very good.

Yummy-yummy Thai food, and a diverse selection of it for a very reasonable price. Pro-tip: their milk tea is bottomless. Parking can be a little bit of a bummer because it's hard to slowly pull off the fastest road on Saipan into their tiny parking lot, and they are almost always out of my favorite dish, which is the Thai-style omelette, which I do not understand. What's missing?
They also have a bar area with pool table and darts upstairs, but it's a little bit removed from the other bars in Garapan, so walking isn't super practical.
I had a very good Pad Thai here and would eat here again. I'm not sure if it's because I was a solo diner and in the middle of COVID, but I was sent upstairs as soon as I walked in to the bar area, which was completely empty, aside from one person working behind the bar who did not notice me for several minutes and then asked if I wanted to eat there or downstairs. The downstairs as full of people eating so I wasn't sure why I had been directed upstairs at all. But! The girl gave me very nice service and it's not bad eating with fewer people around in the pandemic, just sort of an odd vibe because it felt like it was closed up there except for me.
Off the beaten path restaurant.
If you try the lemon grass salad, you will likely not be disappointed. The salad is literally amazing. I enjoyed every bite, and so did my associate. I had to share this amazing dish after experiencing its rich flavors.
I read a blog about Saipan and had added this place to my lift of places to see but then when I got there I almost didn't see it and.... I was looking for it! :)
It's a smallish pink building that looks like a house and I think it's got some nice outdoor seating in the backyard. There were cars everywhere and the restaurant was pretty full. They have some kind of buffet that I walked in on though I didn't order it. I ordered the Tofu Vegetable soup and it was so, so good! The broth was rich and salty the veggies were fresh and it was really a delicious bowl of soup. It was not spicy but they brought me three kinds of spice to doctor it up and I at the whole bowl. The staff spoke English and were very friendly.
