We rented 2 rooms.
None of them was clean, both were so old that there was not even protection on electrical wires.
You could get electrocuted while taking your shower, despite notifying the management this did not raise any concern. The first night there was an electrical fire with the water heater and we had to take a 3rd room that turned to be as unsafe and dirty as the 2 others.
Rooms were not cleaned and towels not replaced until the 3rd day when we expressly request for it. If you forget to ask for it the room were not done. There was no soap or shampoo until we requested for it. Each and every time we were ask in what hotel we were staying the locals reacted with a mix of compassion and embarassment.
Such a business is a threat for Saipan' tourism. It is amazing that local authorities tolerate such unsafe and dirty place. We spent 5 years in China and never experienced such thing. The only worst experience was in rural India but for a room that was 1/8 of the cost we paid at Prince hotel.
It's a scandale to call such a place an hotel.
