As l am a latte addict, l've been living in Saipan for almost 2 years, l don't exaggerate ifl say l had more than 250 cups of latte at this place, that's also þecause is pretty close to my home and there is no Starbucks or other good coffee shop around. They give those cards where for each purchase they stamp it and once you gather 6 of them, you get one drink for free. Most of the time l didn't even bother to have it stamped since l keep losing them but l've got few of them, and there was this one in particular that had 5 stamps so l thought yesterday that l could just combine that with the stamp from a different card and get one drink free, since l have so many and l never get to use them. All good until I was there trying to use it and the guy from the counter took 1 minute inspecting one of the faded stamps to see if is real or not and not only that, he told me that he cannot combine cards, he could not just stamp it, take my other card with a stamp and throw it for instance. l was shocked cause l truly didn't see why would that be a problem, is not like they are using a fancy stamper or anything, it's literally a pen. Anyway, that was the last time l personally buy any coffee from there, terrible experience!!!

I love this place and the ambience. I also love their sea salt coffee. I'm addicted. The food in their bistro is also very good and is a slightly upscale version of the local cuisine. I am a regular here. The only thing is that parking is almost impossible to find during the rush hours....

The breakfast was pretty good but a little over priced for what you get. I will still try their lunch or dinner.

Place was packed . On a humid afternoon many would just love to have meals and cold drinks in particular. Tried the black tea with pearls and the iced green tea. Liked the drinks but ambiance and space was hard to come by on a peak hour . Just had it on take away .

Chagi awesomeness!
We had an awesome breakfast this morning. Thanks to Cha!
We ordered coffee egg muffin, croissant and taro bread.
My new favorite bread in Saipan is TARO Bread. The taro coated flavoring and softness of the bread blends perfectly as i take a bite of it's goodness.
The cleanliness, light (not loud) music, enough spacing, free cellphone charger, good pricing and wide selection of products is commendable.
Thanks to the smiles of the staff.
Good service.
Hope to have better parking (but in Saipan along the road establishment - that is good as it gets).
Hope you continue great work.
Good lay out.
Maintain good sanitation and wiping the tables and chairs please.
Take good care of your employees because they are amazing!
Thanks!
Chagi each product.
