The hotel has no parking of its own, you must park on the street. It is located upstairs from a bar. This is only a problem for sleeping when the bar is up to full speed from about 6 p.m. to 2 a.m. The check in experience was okay. The room itself--no television, the "bathroom" is a shower enclosure including the shower, a sink, and a toilet (it was described to me as "old Chinese style" by a staff member). By the way, the bathroom is two steps up and the second step has a lip to catch the shower water. Plenty of booby traps there. The bed was simply a box springs and was very uncomfortable. The chek out experience was the best pat of the stay.
