good review nice rooms very clean and very friendly and nice staff their very accommodating when making reservations and booking a room with them
i recommend them to anyone and their rooms are very cheap and affordable to rent

The staff is nice enough but if you need help with anything, GOOD LUCK! The front dest isn’t staffed all the time. It’s 8 pm on Sunday night and there isn’t anyone at the front desk. I’ve experienced this issue when off island trying to call at different times during the night and day and the phone just rings.
I have questions about the internet and there’s no one around. I spoke to someone at the restaurant and was told someone might be at the desk at 11pm. Not acceptable for your business traveler. Book at your own risk!

Hotel was pretty decent and is conveniently located on Middle Road in Garapan, literally minutes form name brand hotels. Bed was comfortable and room was appealing with the basic essentials including a safe, mini-refrigerator, 42-inch tv, wi-fi and a desk. Plumbing fixtures are aged and should be replaced. I was also placed in a room on the third floor . . . NO ELEVATOR! Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay overall.

Booked an over night stay coming in from Rota. Check in was speedy and smooth as with checking out. I recommend staying here rather than the larger hotels. Shirley’s restaurant in conveniently located on the first floor.
Rooms have been revamped and comfortable.

Affordable accessible Hotel
Thanks to Ms.Loida! Great service and very helpful
It's accessibility is nice, just walking distance to the shops and markets
Along Middle road so there is traffic noise
Very lime water ( all Saipan is, that is why most people catch and drain rain water) so we use Bottled water for brushing teeth and drinking water.
Sister company of major hotel so we have swimming pool access just ask Reception for more info.
No elevator, just 2 floor hotel
To other hotel guest be considerate of others, be respectful, quiet and do not drag or hit your luggage to the stairs or walls.
Bed is too soft.Still clean and comfortable for me but most people need firm and harder bed for back-friendly

Convenient location in Garapan close to whatever one will need while on Saipan. Clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly and hospitable staff from arrival to departure. Carlos, Loida, and others there always make me feel welcome.
