I stayed at the Hotel Serenti for 2 nights and really enjoyed my stay. The staff is very kind. The hotel is very clean and practical, and the rooms have many amenities. Bottled water, tea kettle, coffee and tea, fridge, good bathroom toiletries. There is also a microwave and ice machine in the stairwell area. Parking is very convenient. The best thing is the location. You can easily walk to the American Memorial Park, Micro Beach, etc. There is also an ABC store and grocery store just a short walk up the street. I will stay here again the next time I am in Saipan!

If you are looking for a hotel that has all the basic room amenities – aircon, mini frig, room safe, hot pot to make coffee/tea, free bottled water, free bathroom toiletries, ironing bd, hair dryer, etc that’s also clean, has lots of space, and in a great central location then this is the hotel for you. True you don’t get a swimming pool, beach access, gym and fancy restaurants but then you also don’t pay double the nightly rate that comes with staying at a resort hotel. In addition, as a person with limited mobility I loved the fact that at the Serenti there is a covered parking garage with a ramp in front of the lobby entrance, which means I don’t get soaking wet coming and going when it rains. The staff are all friendly and helpful - Sylvia at the front desk, the housekeepers, and the maintenance guys all made us feel welcome and at home. A big kudos to Serenti Hotel!

This is where i stay not when in Saipan. They notify you about the construction going on on the roof but if you are in your room during the day the noise can be hard to take. All of the staff are very professional and helpful. The front desk personnel make you feel like very welcome.
