We stayed 2 nights at the Serenti Hotel. The hotel is in a great location right across from the I Love Saipan shop. You can walk to all of the restaurants and stores. The room was small but the bed was comfortable. We didn’t have coffee in our room but the hotel had coffee in the lobby so we just went downstairs and filled our 2 cups up in the mornings. Also, they had a microwave on our floor in the stairwell (which is great as most hotels don’t have a microwave available to guests). The hotel booked our roundtrip transportation to and from the airport and we had no issues. We had a good stay with no complaints.

Before the Serenti, (at least in Garapan) you had the choice of staying at “budget” hotels which are threadbare and filthy or mid-level resorts which are okay at best but still not what I would consider clean to Japanese, Korean or US Mainland standards.
The Serenti is a nice mid-level hotel right on the Beach Road that has clean, comfortable rooms that are showing just a little bit of wear. Nice bathroom, comfortable bed and large enough TV.
Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful and they have a really neat large rooftop garden that is meticulously well maintained.
The only thing keeping me for giving it five stars is the somewhat light construction where the noise for the room next door was a little bit disruptive.
Bottom line however is that this is the best deal in this part of Saipan by far and this will be my go to place moving forward.

The hotel is located exactly downtown, in front of the "I Love Saipan" shop. It is right next to restaurants, shops and just minutes away from Micro Beach. The room was large and you can still feel the hotel is new. Good beds, towels, toiletries. There was even a small sitting area, with a small table and two chairs. Staff were friendly. Parking was covered. Good wifi. Very clean. If it had a pool it would be just perfect!
