I was at the Aquarius for 2 months for work. You couldn't ask for nicer staff and location. The room was clean and in good shape. One of the big hotels might be nicer for a short term stay, but for me this was just what I wanted. Next time on the island this is were I will stay.
I have never encountered this level, terrific, rude, arrogant, demanding and unprofessional person in my whole life.
Her name was Maria and she looks enough old to be more mature but actually she was such a discriminatory as we were not speaking English as good as she speaks and she speaks so fast that we could really understand what she was talking and our conversation was just one way from her and none of our problems were resolved.
This is to let all of the travelers know who might visit Saipan that please do not stay at this property unless you’re rather interested in meeting this person.
Also I truly hope this property management beware of the ongoing situation and take serious measures ASAP to previous further travelers bad experience.
We wanted self contained and on the beach and that's what we got, clean and well serviced. Staff were friendly and attentive but a few gaps, if filled would be helpful.
Self contained means you are cooking and preparing food for yourself, there were the bare bones of cutlery, crockery, cooking pans, suggest a look at the level of things provided.
That aside, you walk out of the door and onto the beach, the Surf club 100m away, a supermarket practically next door. Recommended if this is the type of holiday you are seeking.
Staying here again for Thanksgiving this year. We like it here because the bed is comfy, the ac works great, there is a great kitchen for cooking our Thanksgiving meal, there is a washer and dryer and the staff is very friendly! The rooms still need some simple renovations like replacing light bulbs and putting in a bigger than 32” tv, but we’ll come back again and recommend it to people that need a great place to sleep.
Been here 5 times in a Row! Simply the Best! Edwin, Maricel and the Rest of the Staff always make You feel at Home. Too Good! You have a full kitchen with kitchenware. Washer and Dryer in your room for your convenience. More bang for the buck compared to any other Hotel in Saipan. Luxury for Pennies!! Enjoy and Thank Me later!
