This hotel was originally an apartment or condo building, so the rooms are huge. Mine came with a full kitchen, laundry room, living room and bedroom, and I believe that this is standard. Built in the 1970's or 80's and shows it age, and the furnishings are pretty old too, but it was clean. The towels were pretty threadbare and old, and the kitchen supplies very limited. My room was facing inland, and I wish I had upgraded to an ocean view, because the hotel is facing west on a beautiful beach, so sunset would be fantastic from your room. The beach is where a lot of local families come to relax, and it was very enjoyable to watch the locals enjoying themselves with cook-outs and family get-togethers. The beach area felt very safe. Don't expect the normal hotel ameneties, no restaurant or breakfast bar, no pool, no gym - just think of it as an apartment building and you will enjoy it. My main gripe was that the internet was worthless. The hotel is several miles south of Garapan, so a car is a very good idea, especially for exploring the island. It is in a residential / light industrial area that doesn't look too inviting, that is until you see the beach. There is a very good restaurant called Marg's Kitchen abut 5 minutes walk north of the hotel that does really good breakfasts. Oh, one last thing, the water is not drinkable, so you will need bottled water for drinking / brushing teeth, etc. The hotel did give out large bottles of water if you ask.
