Not to bad stayed in 3 bedroom unit with business associates. It's complete with furniture and appliances. Room was spacious and complete. Perfect for long term stays! It's a complete package as if it's your home away from deal. Wifi was totally down due to upgrades they say.

Don't use this hotel if you are on official travel to or from Saipan or Tinian. I had a necessary change in my itinerary and Aquarius Beach Tower would not let me cancel my hotel room. They weren't fully booked by any means and I wasn't taking up any space they could have rented to someone else. It cost them zero dollars to hold my reservation and they took $120. They don't care about their customers; just making easy money. Avoid.

This appears to have been a condominium apartment that is converted to a hotel so all the "rooms" are spacious apartments with full kitchens. Cooking is definitely allowed but, the kitchens are sparsely furnished. The one I was in had no pots or pans so cooking would have been a challenge, as I was not about to buy a pot or a pan for a one-night stay. Also, there were no cleaning supplies so even if there were pots and pans to use, I would not have been able to clean them without buying dish soap and scrubbers. Great facility if you did not cook, but worth it to invest in kitchen and cleaning implements if you planned to stay for any length of time.

Had a staycation here to get away from the normal views of being in the city. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. It is awesome looking out and seeing the ocean at your front door. The views are spectacular. What is more fun is that you could just walk to the beach, take a long swim, and just walk back to your room.

We had a great stay in Saipan thanks to the amazing and friendly staff at the Aquarius! We stayed two nights in a large, beachfront 3 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms and full kitchen. The kitchen had limited supplies but just enough to make a light breakfast and coffee. The Aquarius is right on the beach with Payless Supermarket within walking distance and several restaurants close by. The thing that made our stay so great was the friendly staff that went out of their way to make our stay memorable.

This hotel was originally an apartment or condo building, so the rooms are huge. Mine came with a full kitchen, laundry room, living room and bedroom, and I believe that this is standard. Built in the 1970's or 80's and shows it age, and the furnishings are pretty old too, but it was clean. The towels were pretty threadbare and old, and the kitchen supplies very limited. My room was facing inland, and I wish I had upgraded to an ocean view, because the hotel is facing west on a beautiful beach, so sunset would be fantastic from your room. The beach is where a lot of local families come to relax, and it was very enjoyable to watch the locals enjoying themselves with cook-outs and family get-togethers. The beach area felt very safe. Don't expect the normal hotel ameneties, no restaurant or breakfast bar, no pool, no gym - just think of it as an apartment building and you will enjoy it. My main gripe was that the internet was worthless. The hotel is several miles south of Garapan, so a car is a very good idea, especially for exploring the island. It is in a residential / light industrial area that doesn't look too inviting, that is until you see the beach. There is a very good restaurant called Marg's Kitchen abut 5 minutes walk north of the hotel that does really good breakfasts. Oh, one last thing, the water is not drinkable, so you will need bottled water for drinking / brushing teeth, etc. The hotel did give out large bottles of water if you ask.
