We stayed in a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath treehouse with a jacuzzi tub on the deck. Heated bathroom floors, great shower and comfortable beds. Breakfast supplies were brought each evening for the next morning (just okay). The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend!

Room tip: A larg variety of rooms and prices

We loved our stay at the Rainforest Retreat earlier this week.
The Treehouse was fantastic - so modern and cosy - and we had everything we could possibly need inside.
The WiFi wasn't fantastic, however I understand that it would be difficult to have a good connection in a more remote area. It also forced us away from our phones, which I don't mind!
The reception staff are so friendly and inviting, and we felt welcome from the first second we arrived.

This is our second stay at the Rainforest Retreat, and I would happily come back a third time.

We stayed in one of the lodges and were not disappointed. Very clean and excellently presented and comfortable for 3 people. The standard of accommodation is very high, with comfortable beds and pillows, good kitchen facilities including free fresh milk, coffee maker and milk frother. There are fluffy towels and complementary slippers too. The staff are very helpful and the setting in rainforest style environment is stunning. Close to the main part of the town for walking to bars, restaurants etc. Highly recommended.

We loved this place, the tree house was absolute luxury. The heated floor in the shower was a great touch. I like how the resort had a levels of accomodation, something for everyone. I liked the location, the mountain views and the staff were very helpful. Great place to recouperate after climbing to see the glaciers. Really. Clean and peaceful.

Room tip: Choose the type of accomodation you can afford at the resort.

Love this place here. Was busy at night but people were respectful of noise. Bathrooms and kitchen facilities. Even has a spa and sauna!!!! Only downfall was a couple of bbqs not working. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Recommend to stay here for relaxing time.
