Mark is fantastic! This is definitely an activity that is a must do. The beauty of the scenery, Marks knowledge of the area and his extreme thoughtfulness made it a memory of a lifetime. When our kids are asked what their favorite thing was that we did in New Zealand, they all reply “the jet boat ride!” Thank you Mark for an amazing time and memory!

I had booked for a group of 7, six months before our trip. Correspondence was difficult to get going until the last few weeks. The actual experience though was great. Mark was as excited for our group as he obviously is for all other groups - not sure how he keeps it up but it made for a great time for us! The water was crystal clear and the scenery awesome. Mark seemed very safety conscious - a good thing! - and the swing bridge to get to the boat and back just adds another dimension to the experience. I would happily recommend this to anyone! Really enjoyed ride on the Jet boat! Mark was friendly and obviously loves the gorge and his job. So much fun and also nice to get to experience somewhere so remote. Worth giving yourself a bit of extra time here because the walks from the Swingbridge are great too 😊 Worth noting you cannot book online as a solo traveller but give them an email/call or pop into the office, they are very helpful!
