We stayed at The Church for the second time. The Garden Cottage has it’s own deck and a beautiful garden. This good size cottage has all you need. The bed is very comfortable.
The friendly staff is always helpfull with inquiries or bookings for boattrips or the Church restaurant.
For Hot Water Beach, which isn’t very far, beach towels and spades are provided. Close to shops, restaurants, beach and Cathedral Cove Walk.

Just wonderful.....Cottages are so cute and private!! This place came highly recommended by a friend of mine from Auckland. I wasn't disappointed. so quaint and meticulously maintained!! Would never stay anywhere else.

We arrived to sunshine, a very friendly greeting and accurate local information. on hand for our convenience and enjoyment were beach towels and spades. the church is next to a shuttle bus stop for local sites and close to hot water beach, internationally famous. The accomodation is serene with wonderful gardens and pathways. Not to be missed.
We spent 3 nights in a garden cottage in December. The place is spotless and the gardens are immaculate. We could easily have spent a week or more here. The bed was comfortable and the day bed was very inviting as well. The bathroom was small, that's true, but it was more than adequate. We also loved the fact that we could walk to several restaurants, the beach and Cathedral Cove right off the property.
This was the second time we have stayed at The Church and we have booked again for next year.
Glorious cottage with our own little deck and cottage garden. Clean & comfortable bed. Very friendly staff and beach towels and spades are provided.Short walk to the shops and beach.
The Church Bistro is very close - beautiful food and wine - a bit pricey but very worth it
