Just spent a wonderful pre-Christmas in Cromer with my husband and 8yr old son.

This apartment was just perfect for our weekend - warm, clean, comfortable and spacious.
Our son loved the den with Xbox and games, plus the 3D TV.

I would recommend this apartment to anyone including for the location and parking.

“Light and cosy apartment moments from the sea”

My family (partner, girl 15, boy 11) and I spent 4 nights at Leylands during the Autumn half term. Leylands exceeded our expectations. It is a lovely light cosy apartment a stones through from the beach. It is tastefully decorated and very clean. It has great facilities for a family.
The living room has abundant light, and a great TV with surround sound, as well as comfy sofas.
The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials. There is also a washing machine and really effective central heating.
The bathroom has everything you need a shower and bath, as well as lots of towels.
The bedrooms have very comfortable ,beds with hidden den in the bunk room which my son loved.
The apartment is on a lovely quiet tree lined street just 5 minutes walk to the beach.
Let lands represents great value for money compared to other apartments with a similar specification.

“Our 1st here and in Cromer”
Reviewed 6 October 2016 for a stay in September 2016

Overall we all thought the flat was great. I stayed with my 3 children (12, 11 and 8). There are a lot of stairs up, so not good for anyone with mobility problems. We arrived late, in the dark and we did have trouble finding the keybox as the flat no. was written in a colour that didn't show up easily. Also the front door only has a 2 above it, we couldn't see a 3, but as the key fit we went in anyway. The flat is very cosy and welcoming. Lots of bits left by previous visitors and a welcome pack from the owners, this was great as it was late and we hadn't had chance to get milk, so I was able to have a coffee! The children enjoyed the muffins.

The single and king size bed where both very comfortable, but we found the bunk beds very creaky. The children really enjoyed the Xbox 360 and the selection of games is great.

The short walk to the sea and Cromer town itself is very short. Cromer seems a lovely town, although we where staying there to be near family, so didn't spend as much time there as I would have liked, but due to access to the flat my family couldn't come to us, my Nan is 91 and my Aunt has joint problems, so the stairs would have been impossible.

Overall very pleased with the flat, had all the essential items available, with some extras.
