My friend and I traveled by rental car to the apartment in Rho. We initially had a problem locating the address due to several turns of the street, but we parked and called the owner who arrived on a motorcycle within moments and led us to the site. We parked our car off street in a secure area. The apartment was fully equipped: comfortable beds, linens, towels, full kitchen, air conditioning and very quiet. We only used the coffee maker and the fridge. Owners Stefano and Sabrina were charming and accommodating hosts and provided us with rides to and from the subway and to Expo 2015 for 5 Euro per person. Apartment is not within walking distance to either unless you're prepared for a good hike. Be sure to take bath soap with you as none was provided. We stayed two nights; housekeeping was provided.

The hospitality and accommodating manner of the owners more than compensated for the slightly inconvenient location, however if you're traveling by car, it will be a very good choice.

Not being able to walk to trains/Expo - just a little too far.
