Warning: Long Rant I just had the WORST experience I've EVER had in a hotel. When I walked in to check in there were 5 ppl ahead of me with no masks. Out of the 2 front desk chicks 1 was maskless and the other who was wearing her mask on her chin (whos name is INDIA and is THE GENERAL MANAGER) so I politely asked if they are still enforcing mask policy and I was told I needed to worry about myself!!! I said I am worried about MYSELF, MY health and the health of my children that are staying with me here! Then as this exchange is happening the 5 maskless guests walked by and she very rudley told them that they needed to wear their masks because THIS guest (as INDIA POINTS at me!!!) is worried about you not having on your mask. Then INDIA did it AGAIN to some other guests that walked by while Im still in the check in process. I said "There are Signs everywhere that enforce your mask policy and your going to bust ME out to the guests that its ME? .....Im furious by this point. It is HER JOB to enforce policy to ensure the safety of guests!! So now Im wanting to leave but cant because I would have lost my money since I booked through Priceline. We were also required to provide a credit card AND 50$ cash...More
