AWESOME HOTEL. We loved staying here so much we checked out and immediately booked our next stay. Amazing staff - easily and by far THE BEST SERVICE we received anywhere in Seattle. All super friendly, super competent, super professional. Keith especially - he couldn't do enough to help us. Every hotel needs Keith at the front desk. Seriously. We cannot say enough good things about the guy. The room / hotel is immaculate, the location is perfect (close to LOTS of stores, restaurants, and The Tractor, if you're seeing a show), parking is a breeze, the Wifi works and works fast, and THERE'S EVEN A HOTEL DOG named Bailey, a big friendly lab who wanders the lobby and gets love from guests and staff all day long. Also - I made a very specific request when booking the room, and it was perfectly accommodated. Overall, one of the best hotel stays ever - a flawless experience.

This boutique hotel, located in a great area and neighborhood, was perfect for our two-night visit to the area. Room was very well-appointed. The lobby is beautiful. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They even have a wonderful lobby dog Bailey who is also very friendly. Coffee and tea all day. Scones in the morning. Access to Olympic Athletic Club and Stoneburner Restaurant attached provide everything you need. Great place.

We stayed at the Hotel Ballard while visiting our son who lives in Ballard and it couldn't have been nicer or more convenient. We were warmly welcomed at the front desk and when our room wasn't ready yet (we were early), the young man recommended a great restaurant called High Life for a bite while we waited. The hotel also contacted us there to let us know the room was ready. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom towels extra soft. The shower pressure could have been a little stronger but that would be my only complaint. The hotel is centrally located to many shops, restaurants and the Sunday Farmer's Market. Would definitely stay there again as it is removed from the bustle of downtown Seattle but not far away and easy to get to by public transportation.

I was staying here on business and I enjoyed this hotel as it felt like staying at Anthropologie if they ever had a hotel. Everything was cute with a lovely color palette. The staff was very personable and this was the perfect place for a large group as we were there for a conference.

Room Tip: Many of my friends stayed on various floors and we all had a great time

This is a great boutique hotel right in the heart of historic Ballard, with lots of cute shops and restaurants within blocks. (Don't miss La Carta de Oaxaca!) It has everything you'll want, including stylish rooms, excellent service at the front desk, convenient underground parking with a parking elevator that brings you right into the lobby, free breakfast juice and scones, and a wood-oven restaurant. But the best thing about this hotel is that it has an internal access into the Olympic Athletic Club (OAC) straight from the lobby, with free OAC membership included during the length of your stay. We came for a short get-away with plans to see Ballard but to burn off the calories from the excellent eateries and bars with workouts each morning at OAC. While I used the rowing machines and went to spin classes, my wife checked out gentle yoga, step class, and an aquatic aerobics class. It was amazing to be able to come down to the lobby, grab a scone, then step right into OAC for 2 hours of cardio. We'll definitely be back!
