“Beautiful Home! Great Hosts!”
Reviewed 26 August 2018 for a stay in August 2018

This home was exactly what we had in mind when we were looking for a place to stay in the Garden District. Gina and Joseph were gracious and kind hosts, and everything we needed was available to us. The neighborhood was spectacular, great shops and restaurants nearby and we were close to Tulane (we were in NOLA for college drop off). One added and unexpected thrill for me was jogging on the trolley tracks on St Charles, which gave me the opportunity to view the beautiful homes lining the street. I’m sure we’ll be staying at this property again!

It's good to know that your family was able to enjoy the "scenery" on such a brief and busy trip! I'm sure your son will have a great time living in our fun and friendly city during his studies at Tulane. We're not the Big Apple, but the Big Easy has it's slower-paced charm! We will be delighted to welcome you any time you come to visit ~ G

“New Orleans”
Reviewed 12 June 2018 for a stay in May 2018

Our stay was perfect. Gina kept in touch with text messages. Great little 2 Br apartment with a kitchen and laundry.. Nice for an extended stay. Perfect location off St. Charles to catch the streetcar to the Garden District or the French Quarter. Location next to Fresh Market is very convenient.

Thank you, Neda! We feel like our neighborhood has the perfect balance of conveniences without being too busy --- I'm so happy you agree. It was a pleasure to meet your family, and be inspired by your daughter. We wish her a lifetime of success!

You were so thoughtful to give the gift of an experience. I'm glad your Jazz Fest trip was a good one and created great memories for a very special anniversary. I hope your next trip "home" can be a relaxing one!

“Fantastic Stay!”
Reviewed 17 April 2018 for a stay in March 2018

Fantastic Stay for family with young children. We loved everything about our stay here. The location was fantastic and convenient. Easy walk to both St. Charles street car and Magazine Street restaurants and shops. We will be staying here again. The owners are very welcoming and go out of their way to answer questions and just make you feel like you're home! We loved it!

Thanks for a glowing review! March is such a great month, we wished for you that your stay could have been longer. Your children seemed like they could have kept going, but we parents have to rest and return to our responsibilities... sigh! It will be our privilege to have you return ~

“Wonderful Garden District stay”
Reviewed 16 April 2018 for a stay in April 2018

My wife and I, and our son and his wife, spent 3 nights in this wonderfully restored home in the Garden District. Had upstairs apartment with two comfortable bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, laundry and large sitting room. Hosts are very inviting and provide lots of information and advice on local activities, sights and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood but close to lots of good food and transportation options. Had a great time!

Thank you, Ron. it was fun for us to welcome you and discover that you already planned to attend the Freret Street Festival, not always on the radar of visitors. (It seems like there is always something to celebrate in New Orleans!) I'm glad your family had a good time soaking up the local flavor during some lovely springtime weather!
