(1). Master room walk-in wardrobe light globe was missing.
(2). Master bathroom light globe over shower was missing.
(3). Power outlets in Master bedroom were not working and reset switch in power panel had to be reset numerous times by local Stay Alfred staff. This also affected the power supply to the master bedroom TV.
(4). No iron was in the room.
(5). No cloth for wiping up plates, knives and cups.
(6). Only 2 coat hangers were in the rooms.
(7). Toilet seat was not functioning properly.
(8). No fire / smoke detector present; could see the base but no detector.
Once points 1 through 6 were addressed, it became a pleasant place to stay.
I recommend that local support staff undertake an audit each time the rooms are being prepared for the next guest booking to avoid short-falls.
I am awaiting a 10% discount for day-1 rates as promised by the call-centre.
This CBD condo was perfect for our family of four. It is roomy, nicely decorated, and comfortable. The layout is great because the bedrooms are separated by the kitchen/dining area and den. We could walk to so many places to eat and even walked to the French Quarter. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit NOLA!
My 5 friends and I stayed at this gorgeous condo in New Orleans for a short weekend trip . This place was seriously the best place that all of us have ever stayed at . Location was perfect , house was incredible ,and everything you needed was literally at your fingertips ! Doesn't even feel like a rental felt more like home . The 6 of us fit perfect and comfy for our weekend stay . I definitely recommend this to EVERYONE and my friends and I will definitely be booking with the Stay Alfred crew again ! Thanks for making our trip completely AMAZINGGGGGGG!!!!
