Had gone to the property to celebrate my Birthday. We had pre booked the premier room with Jacuzzi and Terrace. Ms. Archana who took care of our booking was awesome. Met her at check in. Check in was smooth.
Room was great. Everything worked perfectly. The room view was breath taking. Breakfast quality and quantity was good. Valet personal (forgot to take down his name) was the best. Always there with a smile.

Cons - Juices that we ordered were watered down.
The restaurant was understaffed at breakfast where they got confused with orders from other tables.

My recent stay at Meritas Crystal in Lonavala was quite enjoyable. The hotel's location is convenient, just a short drive from the main attractions in town. This is our second visit at meritas early we sated with adore by meritas. Near and clean property with all the facilities like swimming pool games zone restaurant, my family enjoyed there stay breakfast was very good value for money got the discount on food and room by the manager will very much recommended thanks
